Small Group Classes
Our small group classes are built around the power of community, bringing people together to motivate, support, and inspire one another. With class sizes limited to 10-12 participants, we ensure that every individual receives personalized attention while benefiting from the energy and camaraderie of the group. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or are an experienced gym-goer, our classes are thoughtfully designed and can be easily modified to suit all fitness levels. BOOTCAMP: Our instructor-led strength bootcamp classes are designed to challenge and empower you with a dynamic mix of exercises using a variety of equipment, including TRX, battle ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells, water rowers, and more. These high-intensity sessions focus on resistance training to elevate your heart rate, build lean muscle, improve balance and posture, and boost endurance and stamina. The station-based format allows for a variety of movements, keeping each class engaging and effective. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our bootcamps can be tailored to meet your fitness level, ensuring a challenging yet accessible workout for everyone.
STRENGTH: Our Strength Training class combines foundational bodybuilding principles with a focus on balance, core stability, and functional movement. Through progressive overload and carefully structured rep schemes, we help you build strength week after week. Each session is designed to challenge your muscles, improve your overall functional fitness, and enhance your body's ability to perform everyday movements with power and precision. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, this class will push you to achieve sustainable, long-term progress.
SPIN: Get ready for an exhilarating, heart-pumping cardio experience in our fast-paced, beat-driven spin class! This high-energy indoor cycling workout feels like a party on the bike, as you ride to the rhythm of motivating music that keeps you pushing harder with every pedal stroke. Bring your cycle shoes, water bottle, and towel, and get ready to sweat it out in a fun, motivating environment. (Limited shoe sizes are available for loan.)
