Bootcamp & Small Group Classes
Our small group classes bring people together to motivate and inspire each other! Classes are limited to 10-12 participants to give a more personalized approach to group training. All classes are designed &/or modified for any fitness level from beginners to advanced gym goers!
BOOTCAMP: In our instructor led strength bootcamps, you will be taken through a series of exercises utilizing equipment such as TRX, battle ropes, dumbbells, kettle bells, water rowers, and more. The focus of these classes is to use resistance training to get the heart rate up, build lean muscle, improve balance and posture, and increase endurance and stamina. These classes are station based and can be modified to fit all fitness levels.
STRENGTH: Combines strength training, balance, core & functional movements focused on basic bodybuilding principals. Increase strength each week by using progressive overloads & challenging rep schemes.
SPIN: Fast pace, heart pumping, sweaty cardio workout! Our beat based indoor cycling experience is like a party on the bike! Bring your cycle shoes, water bottle & towel and join us for a good time! (Limited shoe sizes available for loan)
