1-on-1 Private Personal Training

2-on-1 Personal Training
Train with a partner while still receiving individualized coaching and programming.
Perfect for:

  • Extra motivation and built-in accountability
  • A more cost-effective option without sacrificing quality
    $110–$120 per 50-minute session

Small Group Training
High-energy training in a motivating team environment.

Our small group classes bring together driven, goal-oriented individuals who want to work hard and support each other. All fitness levels — from beginner to advanced — are welcome.

  • 5 Classes — $90* (30-day expiration)

  • Minimum commitment: 4 sessions per month
