Owner
Megan is a 3-time top-5 NPC Figure competitor, certified personal trainer, and mother of four. After transforming her own body post-pregnancy, she discovered a passion for fitness and helping others. Megan founded Emerge to guide clients toward lasting results, combining energy, expertise, and practical tools for success both in and out of the studio. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, outdoor adventures, and travel.
Jason Phillips
Owner
Jason is a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for bodybuilding and overall health. His athletic background spans bodybuilding, road bike racing, and triathlons, making him a well-rounded coach. Jason combines meticulous attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and expertise in muscle development and nutrition to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, lifting, exploring technology, and taking on new challenges.
Jeff Onorato
Studio Manager
Jeff brings gym ownership experience, energy, and expertise to the Emerge team. His fitness journey began in 2010 with a transformative home workout, sparking a passion that led him to become a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach. Jeff thrives on high-energy workouts, helping clients push their limits. Outside the studio, he enjoys family time, paddle boarding, hiking, and staying active.
Kelsie Rubalcaba

Kelsie discovered her passion for weightlifting in high school and learned firsthand the importance of a balanced approach to fitness and nutrition. With over four years as a head trainer and certifications in personal training and nutrition, she helps clients achieve sustainable, long-term results. Outside the gym, Kelsie enjoys time with her husband and exploring the outdoors with her dog. Her experience and dedication make her a valued member of the Emerge team.
Bryan Grimstad
CPT
Bryan discovered his passion for strength training in high school, which eventually led him to compete in bodybuilding. Through his experience, he’s developed a strong understanding of both physique development and overall performance. He takes a well-rounded approach to training, with a focus on mobility, movement quality, and helping clients move and feel better long term. Outside of the gym, Bryan enjoys spending time with friends and exploring new adventures.
