Meet Your Team
Owner, CPT & Cycle Instructor
Megan is a 3x top 5 NPC Figure competitor and personal trainer. Her passion for fitness came after having her second child and feeling the need to lose the baby weight and feel more confident. This led to a newfound love for the fitness industry and competing in figure competitions. Through competing she noticed that she was inspiring her peers to make changes in their own lives and make fitness and nutrition more of a priority. That realization quickly led to take that influence and to open a personal training studio to help others to make changes to be healthier. She brings energy, drive, and dedication to Emerge and is so passionate about educating and teaching her clients the tools to be successful even outside of the studio. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her Husband Jason & their 3 children, being outdoors and traveling.

As a lifelong athlete, Steven brings expertise in sports conditioning, orthopedic exercise as well as kettlebell conditioning and a love for bodybuilding and powerlifting. At 21 he was faced with an impossible diagnosis and underwent chemo and eventually a bone marrow transplant . This eye opening experience pushed him to become stronger and healthier than ever and to help inspire others to push past set backs and keep reaching goals no matter what the obstacle. His ultimate goal is guiding, coaching and empowering his clients to reach their maximum potential through improved strength, movement and proper nutrition. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend & his 2 dogs, craft beer, board sports, backpacking, dumb comedy and of course moving some heavy weight around the gym. Steven has shown such a great ability to create such a sense community within his clientele and we are so happy to have him on our team!
Dr. Strohm began his chiropractic journey while teaching anatomy at University of Alabama Birmingham. After, the Navy and a career in IT, Dr. Strohm decided to go into the health field. Teaching made him aware of the power that is inside the body. The nervous system is the most important system in our body, which controls all other systems, and it must be protected. The spine is what protects it. The good and the bad about the spine is that it moves. Good, because this is how we walk and stand upright. Bad, because it can move out of alignment and cause our body not to function the way it is suppose to and then cause dysfunction and pain. As chiropractors, we focus on this mis-alignment and use the adjustments to put you back in alignment so that the body can then function as it was intended to do. That is our job and then your body does the rest.
After taking his first spin class three years ago, Dar was hooked! He quickly took the necessary steps to become an instructor. When taking one of Dar’s classes - get ready for a fun dance party that ends in sweat and a great workout. You’ll have fun, burn calories, and be ready to clip back in! When not on the bike - Dar is usually spending time with his husband Nic, and Martha, his sweet pup. He loves traveling & exploring the PNW.
Kelsi joins the Emerge family with a passion to make people look and feel their best. When riding in her class, you are guaranteed a high-energy good time. You'll be tapping back and sprinting to your favorite songs. Outside of the studio, Kelsi owns and operates K&Co Salon, where she further keeps people looking their best! Kelsi and her Husband Andy love all outdoor recreation and exploring their 5 acres in Snohomish with their 2 dogs Lucy & Grizz!
Fitness and health (and great music) has always been an important part of Brooke's life. After she took her first cycle class, it would be a new part of her routine....so much so, that she decided to instruct. She loves helping push people and always pushes right along with you. Her classes combine energetic music (always with a few throw-back songs) and fun challenging moves that are sure to make you sweat. When she's not cycling, she's running her interior design studio and spending time with her husband, Brock and their two daughters, Clara (8) and Everley (6).
Aimee loves to try new things and decided to give beat based cycling a try in the spring of 2019. She instantly fell in love! Having rheumatoid arthritis her whole life, indoor cycle was a great low impact workout that was easy on her body & joints. She was given the opportunity to become an instructor that same fall and took it! She loves fitness, music, making connections with riders as well as a good dance party so beat based cycling was the perfect fit. Aimee will be your biggest cheerleader & support system. When Aimee isn't cycling she spends her time with Husband Dave & their 3 kids, Will (6), Kora (6), and Owen (3).
Tarah fell in love with spin while living in California. While teaching barre in Seattle in 2015 she was given the opportunity to train to become a spin instructor and jumped on it! Her 20+ years of dance background makes her rides a smooth rhythmic class with fun moves done to the beat! Off the bike Tarah is a certified Xformer and Barre instructor. Her knowledge of alignment keeps you safe on the bike and coming back stronger and ready to take on a challenge. Tarah and her Husband Tyler are locals in Mukilteo and have two young sons Nixon & Wesley.
