Our pricing is as simple as choosing a package to fit your needs.
No gimmicks, no membership or signing fee.


**sessions must be used within the month purchased. Changes to your membership requires a 15 day notice before the end of the month or you will be charged in full for the following month.


1-1 PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
$65* -- 50 Minute 1 on 1 Private Session
(Minimum 4 Sessions Per Month)
This pricing includes a customized nutrition plan, body composition tracking as well as a suggested supplementation.



2-4 SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
(Minimum 4 sessions per Month)

Our small group classes bring fitness minded and goal oriented people together to motivate and inspire each other! All fitness levels from beginners to advanced are invited to participate. Group Fit combines strength training, balance, functional movements and cardio for a full body fat shredding workout, while Group Lift  focuses more on Olympic style weight training and increasing strength and performance.

If you're not familiar with beat-based cycling workouts, you could be forgiven for mistaking it for a nightclub instead of a fitness class. Get ready for a faced paced, heart pumping, music bumping cardio workout sure to leave you breathless with Emerge Cycle!  Grab your cycling shoes (available for purchase), towel and water and see us in the saddle!
