Our pricing is as simple as choosing the amount of sessions you want a month and using them within the month. No gimmicks, no membership or signing fee. Minimum 4 sessions per month.
**sessions must be used within the month purchased. Changes to your membership requires a 15 day notice before the end of the month for the following month or you will be charged in full.

Our Small group classes bring fitness minded and goal oriented people together to motivate and inspire each other! All fitness levels from beginners to advanced are invited to participate. Each class combines strength training, balance, functional movements and cardio for a full body fat shredding workout!
We have a designated kiddo area so feel free to bring them along! Just be courteous of other athletes and keep them out of harms way on the gym floor.
**Minimum class size is 3 participants. Class will be cancelled if the minimum sign up is not met.
